Lima3 Privacy Policy
This is the shared privacy baseline for apps published by Lima3. It describes how we handle data across all of our apps. Each app also has its own app-specific addendum, linked below, that describes exactly what that app collects and how it behaves. Where the two differ, the app-specific addendum controls for that app.
This page is a description of how our software actually works, not a substitute for legal advice.
Who operates these apps
Lima3 apps are operated by Zack Lewis. For any privacy question, request, or concern, contact:

Definitions
- "App" means a Lima3-published application covered by an addendum linked from this page.
- "Local" or "on-device" means data stored only on your device, in storage private to the app, not transmitted to any server we operate.
- "We," "us," "our" refers to Lima3 and its operator, Zack Lewis.
- "You" refers to the person using a Lima3 app.
Data handling principles
- We only collect and store what a given app needs to function, as described in that app's addendum.
- We do not assume every Lima3 app is local-only or collects no data — each app's addendum states its actual behavior, and you should read the addendum for the specific app you use.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your data with third parties for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. If a future app ever changes this, that app's addendum will say so explicitly and clearly.
- Any use of third-party services or SDKs (for example, crash reporting, analytics, or backend infrastructure) will be disclosed in the relevant app's addendum, not hidden in this baseline.
Security and retention principles
- We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect any data we do process, appropriate to the sensitivity of that data and the scale of our apps.
- Data stored locally on your device is retained until you delete it yourself, delete the app's data, or uninstall the app, unless the app's addendum says otherwise.
- Retention of any data we process on infrastructure we operate (if any, for a given app) is described in that app's addendum.
Your rights and how to reach us
Regardless of where you're located, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data an app stores about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data.
- Export a copy of your data, where technically feasible.
If you're in the EU, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, these requests correspond to your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability under applicable data protection law. We aim to respond to any privacy request within 30 days.
To make a request, email privacy@lima3.dev. For apps that store data only on your device, we may not be able to act on your data directly — we'll tell you how to manage or delete it yourself within the app.
Age requirement
Lima3 apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@lima3.dev and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy or an app's addendum as our apps change. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date and version number on the relevant page(s), and we'll log the change in this repository's changelog. We publish only reviewed, tagged revisions to privacy.lima3.dev — not unreviewed drafts.
Effective date and version
This baseline is effective as of the date shown above. See POLICY_VERSION.md and CHANGELOG.md in the source repository for the full revision history.
